AOA Presidential Memorial Leadership Award

Scholarship Description
This award was established to recognize the contributions of AOA Past Presidents who have provided numerous years of service to advance the osteopathic profession. The goal of this award is to promote continued leadership within the osteopathic profession. American Osteopathic Foundation offers this scholarship to students directly through CHS Scholarship and Awards Program with final recommendations to AOF by Scholarship Selection Committee. Recipients required to attend Scholarship Shootout, Benefactors' Luncheon, and any additional activities as appropriate. Recognizes an osteopathic student who has outstanding character, strong leadership potential, and a commitment to the profession; Student who will be entering his or her second, third, or fourth year of studies; Demonstrated commitment to the osteopathic profession; Strong leadership potential and/or skills; Noteworthy accomplishments and honors; Outstanding character, academic achievements, and the drive to be a leader.
