- Provide two scholarships to incoming freshman who are residents of the ten county region of Eastern Oregon, at the time of application. Preference will be given to Baker and Umatilla counties. Recipients have demonstrated a financial need as determined by the FAFASA. Must be math or education majors (one of each per year). Awards are automatically renewable for up to five years. Recipients must have a GPA of 3.0+.
