In recognition of its nearly 150-year affiliation with the United Methodist Church, the College offers United Methodist Awards of $10,000 to incoming students active in their church. These awards are distributed in equal parts of $2,500 per year for four years of study at Albright. Candidates for the United Methodist Award must provide a letter from their pastor clearly stating their active membership in the church. This letter must be received by February 15th, prior to matriculation. The United Methodist Award is renewable, contingent upon the recipient remaining in good academic and social standing as a full-time student on Albright's campus.
