- Catholic High School Tuition Grant The Catholic High School Tuition Grant (TIP) is for first time incoming freshmen who are graduates of Catholic high schools. They are eligible for a $2,000 grant per year. Eligible students may renew the grant up to three years as long as they are enrolled full time and are in good academic standing.
