Scholarship Description
Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to full-time students who are enrolled or planning to enroll at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, who have achieved superior academic records or show promise of outstanding academic success. First preference shall be given to students who are employees or children of employees at Troyer Potato Products, Inc. Second preference shall be given to students who are graduates of Fort LeBoeuf High School, Waterford, PA or residents of Union City or Waterford, PA.
