- Consideration for this scholarship is given to all full-time undergraduate students enrolled or planning to enroll at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, who have achieved superior academic records or who manifest promise of outstanding academic success; who are residents of Crawford, Erie, Lawrence, Mercer, or Venango Counties in Pennsylvania; and who demonstrate leadership abilities. First preference shall be given to children of employees of First National Bank of Pennsylvania regardless of county of residence.
