- Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to students enrolled or planning to enroll at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, who are in good academic standing or who manifest promise of outstanding academic success, and who have a demonstrated financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. First preference shall be given to employees and children of employees of Morris Coupling Company.
