Scholarship Description
For incoming full-time freshmen majoring in Business Information Systems, with SAT scores of 1100 or more, rank in the upper tenth of their high school class, enroll in the Honors Program, and agree to complete an internship with a corporate sponsor of the Business Information Systems Scholarship Program. Internships will take place during the second semester of the junior year and the following summer; or, during the summer following the junior year and the first semester of the senior year. The total amount of the scholarship will equal the sum of the following: 1) Four years of in-state tuition; 2) In-state tuition for two, three-week summer courses; and 3) Student living expenses for two, three-week summer courses. Recipients of this scholarship must maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative QPA at the end of each semester, complete 15 or more credits per semester, major in Business Information Systems, and remain enrolled in the Honors Program. The recipient must sign a Student Agreement Form. Funding for this scholarship is based on the availability of funds from an external funding source.

Renewal Criteria
