Scholarship Description
1.Given to a freshman student with financial need who enrolls in the Department of Landscape Architecture and Horticulture, with a preference for students who have participated in the Awbury Arboretum Apprentice Program. 2.Amount: Typical annual scholarship of $1,000. Renewable up to four years. 3.Eligibility: Matriculated or non-matriculated students who are registered for at least six credit hours in the Department of Landscape Architecture and Horticulture. Strong preference is given for students who have completed the Awbury Arboretum Apprentice program. A personal statement and a reference from an Awbury Arboretum staff member is required.
