Mary Ramsay and Charlie Hall Memorial Scholarships

Scholarship Description
These scholarships are available to incoming freshmen who have a strong interest in the field of communication. With some variations from scholarship to scholarship, these scholarships are awarded based on academic merit. A brief letter stating the applicant's accomplishments and background/interest in communications should be sent to: Dr. Brian McGee Chair, Department of Communication College of Charleston 66 George Street Charleston, SC 29424 Collateral materials are accepted but not required. The usual deadline for receipt of materials is February 1, with deadline extension possible at the discretion of the department chair. Transfer students with 35 or fewer hours also can be considered when the Hall scholarship is available. The Hall scholarship is renewable and may not be available for the next academic year.
