The St. Jude Scholarship at CBU was established in December 2003 to provide financial support for those students who have met and conquered the challenge of cancer through treatment at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The following are guidelines for the St. Jude Scholarship at CBU eligibility. You must:
Submit a letter from the doctor treating you at St. Jude indicating you are receiving care or have received care from such within the past year
Submit a personal letter of interest
Complete a Christian Brothers University day undergraduate admission application
Be accepted into the day undergraduate program
Be an incoming freshman into the day undergraduate program at CBU
Complete the FAFSA form or if non-citizen, submit a letter of family financial status.
Recipients will be chosen by the CBU/St. Jude Scholarship Committee. The information above is to be turned into the Office of Day Admissions by December 1st of the year preceding admission. (For example, admission fall 2006, application must be turned in by December 2005.)
