Presidential Scholarship

Scholarship Description
AMOUNT: Varies DURATION: 1 academic year TYPE OF AWARD: Cash scholarship. Pays in fall & spring terms only. NUMBER AWARDED: Varies, depending on available funding (No more than 20% of Nate Fleming endowment earnings can be spent on this Nate Fleming award each year.) RESIDENCY: Oklahoma residents and nonresidents AWARDED TO: Full time undergraduate or graduate students. Former member of OSU men’s or women’s intercollegiate basketball team. HOW TO APPLY: Submit the OSU Scholarship Application for Continuing and Readmitted Undergraduates. That application is available online at www.okstate.edu/finaid by December 1 each year. FINANCIAL NEED REQUIRED? Yes, as established via the Free Application for Federal Student Aid at www.fafsa.ed.gov. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Must be enrolled as full-time students. Scholarship may be used for undergraduate, graduate, or professional education at OSU. Recipients must be in good academic standing. Selection is by special committee. Students enrolled only one semester during the academic year of the award will receive one-half the value of this award. RENEWAL CRITERIA: Not renewable.
