Lighthouse Scholarship

Scholarship Description
Funded by the Boettcher Foundation, the scholarship was established to benefit under-represented groups on campus. Recipients will meet the following criteria: 1. Residents of the State of Colorado and U.S. citizens or permanent residents. 2. First generation college students (neither parent has received a bachelor's degree). 3. Sophomores, juniors, or seniors without a first bachelor's degree. 4. Enrolled full-time in any major with a cumulative 3.0 Colorado State University GPA. 5. Taking courses generally accepted as "academic" and making progress towards their degree. The $3,000 annual award is renewable provided students maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA and provide an annual report to the Boettcher Foundation detailing their academic year experience. Typically, five $3,000 scholarships are awarded or renewed.
