Freshman Scholarships

Scholarship Description
At Westminster, we recognize student success. Your academic achievement, as measured by difficulty of course work, grades, entrance exams (ACT or SAT), along with recommendations and extracurricular activities, indicate your future success at Westminster and beyond. The college invests -- through scholarship awards--in students who carry a G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher, score well on the ACT or SAT, and who are hard working, determined, open-minded, caring, and ambitious. We recommend you meet with an Admissions Counselor, as it helps complete the picture for both the student and the college. Annual amounts for these awards range from $6,000 ($24,000 over four years) to $12,000 ($48,000 over four years). These awards are renewable for students who maintain a 3.0 G.P.A. and full-time enrollment. The highest level award for which a student qualifies will supersede all previous offers.
