- Deadline: May 15. Eligibility Criteria: Must be accepted into a medical program. Not taking any prerequisite courses (ex. Pre-Nursing or Pre-OT). Provide proof of financial need and potential for completing a health career program. Be a Virginia Resident. Student must pay back the unused portion of the award is he/she does not complete a health-related program. Student must meet application deadline. A transcript and a personal summary should must be accompanied with the application. A $25.00 processing fee is required. Award Amount: varies.
