The John Emory Scholarship
- Scholarship Description
- Named for Bishop John Emory, an eminent church leader at the time the college was founded, who symbolizes belief in the union of faith and learning. This prestigious $13,000 scholarship is awarded to members of the United Methodist Church who have been accepted for admission to Emory & Henry College. Awards are based on the accepted applicants' cumulative high school grade point average in combination with their ACT or SAT scores, and leadership activity. Application for admission to Emory & Henry College serves as your application for this scholarship. Accepted applicants will be notified of their award by the Vice President for Enrollment Management.
