Scholarship Description
1. Must have demonstrated financial need based on FAFSA 2. Must be a graduate of a high school in the City of Fredericksburg or the counties of Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, or Caroline 3. Preference will be given to applicants who document community service in the Fredericksburg area. 4. The applicant must provide two letters of reference from the organization to which the community service was provided.
