- Scholarship Description
- A scholarship is awarded to a full-time student with first priority being given to residents of the counties of Henry, Patrick, Franklin or the city of Martinsville. Preference is given to students in the following curriculums: business, nursing, occupational/technical, applied science, or engineering technology. PHCC students who continue their education with an affiliated on-campus program of a four-year institution may qualify. You must attach transcript and have application completely filled out.
