Scholarship Description
Requirements: *Be an incoming freshman, transfer, or a student already enrolled at CWU, regardless of class standing *For incoming freshmen and transfer students: be admitted to CWU by March 1 to start in the upcoming fall * Applicant must have been out of high school for at least three years in order to be eligible to apply. Additional consideration will be given to: * High school activities and participation. * Post high-school accomplishments and/or achievements, both academic and non-academic. *Notes: May include a student who failed to complete high school, but obtained a GED Award Amount:Based on availability of funds. Additional Materials Required: 1. Submit an essay describing why you believe you are now capable of quality performance and achievement. 2. Provide two letters of recommendation, from both academic and non-academic individuals.
