Scholarship Description
Requirements: * Admitted to Central Washington University by March 1 to start in the upcoming fall. * Have declared art as an intended major. * Minimum 3.0 GPA. * Submit a portfolio (see below). Award Amount:Based on availability of funds. Additional Materials Required: * Submit a slide portfolio of 6-10 good quality 35mm color slides in two or more media(drawing, sculpture, etc.) with the applicant's name on each. Do not se.nd original artwork; list the slides, including title, materials used, and dimensions (H x W x D). * Write a statement of interest and goals in art (250 words or less). * Provide a letter of recommendation from a high school art instructor. * Provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope for return of slides.
