Environmental Science Scholarship
- Scholarship Description
- Award Amount: $ 9000.00. Incremental awards: $2,000 for Sophomore year, $3,000 for junior year, $ 4,000 for senior year. Eligibility: Student must enroll full time at Peninsula College or a four year degree program delivered at Peninsula College. Student must have completed first year biology and/or chemistry requirements for science majors. Student must demonstrate through academic performances (grades) and/or test scores active involvement in the learning process and/or public outreach in the area of science. Student must demonstrate a desire to pursue a career in Environmental Science that will help improve the environment. Student must demonstrate excellence in Environmental Science with the goal to transfer to a four year degree program delivered at Peninsula College. Student must maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher to continue eligibility for scholarship funding. Student must be a U.S. Citizen.
