Western Department Aid Program This scholarship was established in the honor of Rosemary Hoffman, a former French professor at Missouri Western State University to support students' study in France. Preference given to French majors but available to students enrolled in French courses who have a minimum GPA of 2.5. Students must provide a personal statement.
