Belmont Berry Scholars

Scholarship Description
Fifteen highly motivated high school seniors who demonstrate academic success and leadership qualities are awarded G. Belmont Berry Scholarships. These awards were establish through a gift from West Virginia University graduate George B. Berry in honor of his father. The scholarships are awarded to four students from each of three congressional districts, plus three at-large selections. Award Amount: $1,200/yr. for four undergraduate years. Criteria for Consideration: Semi-finalists chosen by WVU Undergraduate Scholarship Office from students who received an Achievement Award.
