- Qualifications:For graduate students at UCCS enrolled at least half-time or 3 credit hours, have a minimum 3.25 cumulative GPA and student can either be a resident or non-resident. Student cannot receive other aid that covers tuition and fees such as: grants, scholarships, fellowships, tuition waivers or outside tuition assistance. Award:$3,000 per academic year.
