- Criteria: 1. Must be enrolled as Senior student at the University of Wisconsin College of Nursing, graduating in the Fall or Spring semester of the academic year of application. 2. The application process will be wholly determined by the highest cumulative GPA of the applicant. Selection: 1. Applications are available in the College of Nursing 2. The recipient application will be reviewed by representatives from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Nursing. Award: 1.
