- Criteria:Student must be currently enrolled in the dental assisting, dental hygiene or dental laboratory technology program and must have successfully completed at least one semester with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. Student must display evidence of scholarship, leadership, initiative and financial need. A one page personal and professional essay and two letters of recommendation are required.
