The Bachelor’s scholarship is available to students accepted and enrolled in the Accelerated Degree Completion Program (ADCP). The recipient and the scholarship amount or award will be determined based on his/her overall qualification in regard to financial need, ministerial and academic potential, extracurricular involvement, and the written essay section of the application. Students who initially meet the qualifications will be asked to participate in a brief interview.
In order to be considered for the scholarship, the student must: Complete application for the Baccalaureate Program Scholarship, including essays.
Complete application of admission for the ADCP, including all admission and testing requirements
Pay admissions application fee.
All official transcripts of all college coursework should be on file at CBS.
Complete Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Signed letter of recommendation from your pastor.
Attendance at scholarship interview.
In order to maintain scholarship, the student must fulfill the satisfactory academic policy as stated within the Student Handbook. Students are only eligible to receive the scholarship one time. The amount awarded will be disbursed over multiple semesters or at the discretion of the financial aid department.
