Scholarship Description
Available to Texas residents with financial need who completed the Recommended or Distinguished Achievement High School Program and graduated from high school after December 1998, and who enroll in a Texas college or university as a freshman within 15 months of high school graduation or a Texas resident who earned an Associate's Degree in May 2001 or later and who enroll in a Texas college or university to pursue a higher degree or certificate within 12 months of receiving the Associate's Degree.
