Tuition Equalization Grant-Leveraging Educational Assistance Partnership (TEG-LEAP)

Scholarship Description
Texas residents and National Merit Scholarship finalists enrolled as undergraduate or graduate students at independent colleges and universities in Texas. Student must show financial need according to the FAFSA, and be a bona fide Texas Resident enrolled at least half time. Full time students will be given priority. Maximum awards are $3572 TEG and $1250 LEAP. Grants are awarded in the late summer, but late applicants may receive first-come, first-served status for unencumbered funds in December. Students beginning study in the Spring Semester may apply for unencumbered funds. There is no repayment required for these grants.
