- Open to Occupational Therapy majors. ACCD Scholarship application is required with "ACORN Scholarship" indicated on application. Students must be graduating or have graduated high school with at least a 2.0 GPA; in the upper two-thirds of graduating class; satisfactorily passed the TAKS; must be enrolling as a full-time student (12 hours or more) Deadline: One month before high school graduation or four months before intended semester, if already in college.
