This scholarship program is for college-bound high school students who are legally blind. Applicants must plan to attend a college accredited by a body recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. Applicants must provide documentation of academic achievement; proof of legal blindness and US citizenship; three letters of recommendation; and two personal statements. Applications will be accepted from students at the end of their junior year and must be received by September 15 of a student's senior year.
