This scholarship is for students of Hellenic/Greek descent. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have at least one great grandparent with Hellenic roots. High school graduates must have graduated from a state-certified high school, or equivalent, and be enrolled as full-time students in the Fall to attend an accredited US college or university to pursue a four-year bachelor's degree. Students who graduated from a non-US high school must have completed 24 credit hours at an accredited university/college in the United States. Current college undergraduates must be enrolled full-time at an accredited US university or college and pursuing a four-year bachelor's degree. Applicants must be 25 years of age or younger at the time of application. All applicants must have a cumulative 3.5 GPA and be US citizens or permanent residents. Half of the scholarships are awarded based on financial need, and the other half of the scholarships are awarded based on merit.
