This scholarship is for non-traditional students who have been diagnosed or treated for Lyme disease or have been affected by Lyme through the illness of an immediate family member. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be pursuing a career in the medical field and be a resident of one of the following counties: Broome, Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, Tioga, or Tompkins in New York; or Bradford, Lycoming, or Potter in Pennsylvania.
