Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for women who have been residents for at least two years of one of the following towns in Connecticut: Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Monroe, Newtown, Shelton, Stratford, or Trumbull. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend an accredited community college, college, or university. Applicants must have completed 30 credits by June of the application year and must be continuing their program of study in the upcoming academic year. Students who have previously received scholarship aid from AAUW are not eligible for this scholarship.
