Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for community college students in the San Diego region in California, who are transferring to a four-year university located in San Diego County. Also eligible are undergraduates and first-year graduate students enrolled at University of California San Diego or San Diego State University. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be enrolled in a civil engineering program during the current 2012-2013 academic year. International students are eligible. Students completing their education in Spring/Summer 2013 are not eligible.
