Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for permanent legal residents of a rural area in Massachusetts for at least one year prior to the start of the academic year for which the scholarship is awarded. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate financial need, be maintaining satisfactory progress, and be US citizens or eligible non-citizens. Applicants must be attending a college or university in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with the exception of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
