Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for students from high schools within the state of Maine who have a documented disability. Applicants do not need to be high school seniors but may be anyone pursuing higher education, regardless of graduation date from high school. Applicants must have B average or equivalent GPA. This scholarship award may be used for post-secondary school education, including both undergraduate college education and graduate programs. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit a personal essay of 500-1000 words stating how their disability has helped shaped them as a person and their view of the world.
