This scholarship is for high school students who have earned the Eagle Award and religious emblem. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be Florida residents and be in a troop chartered to an American Legion Post or be the son or grandson of a Legion member or parent eligible to join the American Legion Department of Florida.
