Scholarship Overview
These awards are for student vocalists who are high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors residing Bartholomew County, Indiana. Two competitions will be held; one for seniors and one for underclassmen. Senior contestants must plan to major in the field of music in college or continue their music education by studying with qualified instructors or taking music classes at college. Sophomore and junior contestants may use the award for voice lessons or accredited music camps/activities. Each contestant must be recommended by their high school choral director, private instructor, or director from a community music organization. Applications must be received by January 11, 2013. Both competitions will take place on Saturday, February 9, 2013.
