Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for undergraduate students who are majoring in real estate appraisal, land economics, real estate, or allied fields. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be college sophomores, juniors, or seniors seeking an associate's, or bachelor's degree. They must also be members of the Appraisal Institute Association in good standing working toward an MAI or SRA designation. Applicants may be enrolled full- or part-time at a US degree-granting college or university, demonstrate financial need, and have a strong academic record.
