This scholarship is for children of Arkansas residents who have lost their lives in service to the state, the nation, or their local communities. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend an Arkansas college. Scholarships are awarded based on financial need, scholarship, and leadership. Priority will be given to applications received by May 1.
