This scholarship is for full-time undergraduate students who are pursuing a minimum four-year bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a welding-related degree. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA, be at least 18 years of age, have at least a high school diploma, demonstrate financial need, be attending a US academic institution, and be US citizens.
