Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for children and grandchildren of AIST Detroit Chapter members in good standing for two or more consecutive years. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be undergraduate students enrolled full-time and majoring in the field of engineering, metallurgy, or materials science at an accredited North American university. Applicants must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA and have a demonstrated interest or plan to pursue a career in the iron and steel industry. Awards will be made without regard to financial need.
