Scholarship Overview

This scholarship is for members or children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, or spouses of AIST Southern California Chapter members. An Engineering Scholarship will be awarded to students pursuing a career in engineering, the sciences, or other majors related to iron and steel production. A Member Scholarship will be awarded to members of the Material Advantage program, children, stepchildren, grandchildren, or spouses of active (dues paid) Southern California Chapter members for two consecutive years. Student members of the Material Advantage program are also eligible. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be accepted in an eligible full- or part-time course of study at an accredited university or college. Scholarships are awarded without regard to financial need.
