Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for seniors graduating from a high school in Lycoming or Clinton County, Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been in the foster care system or have legal adopted status. Applicants must believe themselves to have demonstrated exceptional bravery, resilience, a winning attitude, and strong and steadfast values that in return have resulted in personal excellence; be accepted into a full-time continuing education program, preferably in Pennsylvania; have ultimately overcome the odds and excelled; have exhibited good citizenship and have no known drug or alcohol record or juvenile offences; have unmet financial need; and have a current minimum 2.8 GPA.
