Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for students who live in San Buenaventura or Ojai, California, and have attended a Ventura or Ojai area high school or college. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must enroll full-time in a music program at an accredited community college or four-year college/university. Candidates must have a demonstrated interest and involvement in music as evidenced in activities, recommendation letters, and an essay. Applicants may submit a CD with brief audio or audio/visual program of one of their performances; this is optional and the CD will not be returned. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must register online by January 9th and submit their applications by January 11th.
