This scholarship is for high school and college students in Wisconsin. High school students must be scheduled to graduate at the end of the 2012-2013 school year or must have graduated at the end of the 2011-2012 school year. Current college students must be enrolled or scheduled to be enrolled full-time in an accredited, two- or four-year post-secondary education institution. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must donate blood at an eligible blood drive. Community members, teachers, families, and friends can donate on behalf of eligible students to increase their chances of winning. Applicants who are donating must meet the minimum criteria to donate blood. Winners will be chosen in a random drawing from among all eligible donors.
