This scholarship is for Dallas area commercial real estate professionals seeking professional designations in the state of Texas. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum of 72 hours from an accredited university and three years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. This scholarship may be used for tuition and/or registration fees towards classes to achieve professional designations, such as but not limited to CCIM, SIOR, MAI, CPM, LED certification, etc., or to fulfill other real estate industry related requirements or degrees.
