Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for students graduating from the 11th or 12th grade who reside within the following school districts in Delaware: Delmar, Laurel, Seaford, and Woodbridge. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be recommended by a guidance counselor or teacher based on citizenship qualities, work ethic, and service to the community. Applicants must write an essay on why community service is important and a description of the community service the applicant has completed. Preference will be given to students planning a course of study in the field of engineering and students planning to attend a university in the state of Delaware.
