This scholarship is for graduating high school senior athletes from the Mount Vernon area in Washington. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend an accredited community college, college, or university. In addition to the application form, applications must include two letters of recommendation, one from a coach or assistant coach, and the other from a another school official.
